Our Ward Christmas Party!!

At our ward Christmas Party Santa decided to make an appearance. Needless to say my kids were thrilled. I love how excited they are about Christmas the anticipation is killing them. Everyday they ask me if it is Christmas yet....

Noah's Field trip to sing Christmas Songs!!

Noah's Preschool took a field trip to Aspen Grove assisted living Center. He was so excited to go. He had been practicing all the songs...Right up until we got there then he got shy and sat on the stage with his head down and wouldn't sing at all. While all the others stood and sang they were so cute. Afterwards the kids gave out presents to all the people there. It was so cute and Noah really enjoyed that part and started to have fun at that point.

Well it is just another Wednesday not much is going on... We are heading to Utah on Friday Yeah! It will be a fun break. I have worked every weekend for the past while. The photo shoot I had for this weekend rescheduled so I found myself with a weekend and nothing to do plus it is stake Conference this week so we don't need to teach our classes. It worked out perfect for a quick weekend trip to visit the family. I am very excited to go play and do something fun for a change!

Below are some pic's of the kids that Mike took!

Potty Training...

So Gwen decided she want's to start going potty in the toilet. How wonderful to be starting that again. This is my least favorite part of having kids. Gladly every thing else has been wonderful. Gwen quite often strips down and runs to the potty half the time she goes and the other half is just practice because she thinks it's fun. We still have her in diapers because she is not consistent with her training. I tried one day in underware and after cleaning up a few messes I went right back to diapers. We will see how it goes I am hopeful!

Halloween!!!

Don't you just love Halloween. I think I ate more candy then my kids did. We seriously had candy for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. I couldn't get my kids to eat anything else... So this is the Holiday that makes me feel like a bad mom. Yet I still cant help but love it I love to dress up my kids and to see their faces light up as everyone is handing them candy. It is just a fun holiday that give us a reason to be just a little crazier than we usually are!

We are ready to go start the night!

Our little candy station ghost and goblins welcome come one come all and take our candy so I don't have to take any home!

Such a cute little witch!

Who ever invented Truck or treating is my hero. The less time I spend in the cold the better!

Noah really got into the part of Spiderman he was running around doing some sweet moves.

Trick or treating is over time to go home and from the looks of it Gwen was not happy with that decision.

Florida Vacation!

So Florida was all that we hoped it would be and more. Nikkie met us there from Georgia and I got to meet her baby Jet for the first time. He is 7 months old already I cant believe it. Noah and Gwen loved Disney World. We were even able to sneak them on to some rides that they were to short for, I thought they might get scared but they loved it! It was pretty hot so we were able to hit the beaches. We are very much missing the warm weather. Not looking forward to the winter this year at all! So why does time fly by while your on Vacation and Drag on when you are at work? If only it worked the opposite. So below are a few highlights!

Happy Birthday Noah!!

Noah turned 4 years old today. How crazy is that? Time sure fly's when you are having fun... and Noah is loads of high energy fun. This year we were a bit lazy and short on time so we just took Noah to Chuck E Cheese for his birthday. He loved it! We had a big crowed show up which I have to admit was fun for me too. living in Idaho I don't get to see everyone in Utah as much as I would like. So it was a great chance to catch up with everyone. Noah was completely spoiled with presents. We now have toys coming out of our ears and we could barely fit them all in our little car. Thank you so much for all of you who came to make Noah's special day so much fun we love you all!!!

...the very best part about having a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese is I didn't have to clean up...YEAH!

It's Saturday!!!!

Well it's another lazy saturday we are just hanging around the house. I have to... oh I mean get to give a talk in church tomorrow YEAAaaah! Can you just hear how excited I am. OK so I am really scared I don't really love the idea of a room full of people stare at me for 15-20 min. I am speaking on "The Gifts of the spirit" It's a good topic. Mike spoke 2 weeks ago so I should have guessed that this was coming but I didn't I actually thought I had dodged the bullet.

On a completely different note My first official wedding is next Saturday. I am actually starting to get busy who knew. I am way excited and pretty scared too. It is a lot of pressure I got one shot at this and I want it to be AMAZING! well we will see time will tell right!

Noahs First day of Preschool

Well that dreaded day has finally come. The day when I send my first born to school for the first time and trust him to a stranger for a few hours. Noah started preschool on Tuesday, September 2. It was a little nerve racking he cried when I left, his teacher had to hold him back from running out the door after me. I had to hold back the tears myself but it had to be done. His teacher said he did fine and had a lot of fun once I left so that relived a little of my stress and we are ready to try again tomorrow I hope things go better this time. I am in a carpool so I wont even be taking him I will be home biting my nails and hoping everything goes well.

We took the kids to walk around the Green belt. It was a nice break for everyone to get out of the house and play out doors for a bit.

Gwen looks so sweet and innocent who would guess she is trouble.

What a cute family

Noah doing is karate as usual that kid is never ending energy.

Weekend in Utah!

Mike got ahead on all his work a few weekends ago so he took Friday off we took the kids to Utah for the weekend and had a blast. We went to the Steel days carnival in American Fork which was a huge hit with my two we had to drag them away when we were out of money. We spent half the time floating around in YaYa and poppies pool the perfect activity for those hot lazy summer days. To end the weekend Randy and Nicole took pity on us and invited us over for games and fireworks. We of course ate all their food, forced them to sing Karoke to us and way overstayed our welcome but loved every minute of it... Thanks guys your the best!
